Recyclable Flexible Packaging Solutions

Kaida Group Co., Ltd. FJ ("Kaida Group") is a flexible packaging manufacturer based in Fujian, China. We develop and manufacture recyclable flexible packaging solutions based on PE structures for food, snack, household and laundry applications.
Our public recyclable-packaging project record includes BOPE/PE packaging, functional TF-BOPE/VMPE packaging, and a commercially launched all-PE laundry-pod pouch developed with Dow and Liby.

What Is Recyclable Flexible Packaging?

A PE-based structure or mono-material design does not automatically establish that a finished package is recyclable in every market. Each final packaging design should be evaluated as a complete system: films, inks, adhesives, closures and other components; the intended collection, sorting and recycling route; and the requirements of the target market.
For each project, Kaida Group reviews the packed product, package format, required performance, intended market and validation needs.
