Recently, the "Soft Plastic Rebirth" Project—initiated by the Recycled Plastics Branch of China Materials Recycling Association and the Green Recycled Plastics Supply Chain Joint Working Group, and co-sponsored by industry leaders including Procter & Gamble, Mars, Dow, and PepsiCo—achieved a milestone breakthrough.
The project team completed the solicitation for the 4th batch of "Four Lists" in April 2025. Following voluntary enterprise applications and rigorous selection, the new shortlist has been officially unveiled, injecting robust momentum into promoting the recycling and reuse of plastic flexible packaging and advancing the construction of a green circular economy.

The project aims to elevate consumer awareness of plastic flexible packaging recycling through the publicity of the "Four Lists":
• List of Recyclable Plastic Flexible Packaging (Products)
• List of Plastic Flexible Packaging Recycling Enterprises
• List of Plastic Flexible Packaging Recycling & Processing Enterprises• List of High-Value Utilization Enterprises of Soft Plastic PCR
It standardizes the classification, disposal, and reuse of single-material plastic flexible packaging in daily life, explores social popularization and recycling standardization, and maximizes resource utilization.
